What exactly is their, "strict tenant screening & matching process"?

We have a few more questions but wanted to see if anyone there can shoot holes in this plan and help educate a bit more on the process.

I'm in the process of finalizing my website (obviously this needs to be strong as it will be my landing site for other marketing initiatives.I do plan on keeping my 9-5, so I am looking to use Google PPC and Facebook retargeting ads to build the majority my pipeline, using nights and weekends for follow-up and some limited cold calling.

I have something I want to target, but would love to have buyers lined up to make the process easier.

However, in austin, you are at the mercy of the permitting process, so there's no way to guaranty that your sign company will be able to procure a permit for the billboard.Also, austin is NOT allowing any new billboards inside city limits.

I've never had property managed by them, but I have a franchise in the PMI system and know their systems and processes. 

One thing I'm going to try to make work as well to ease the process is having a close friend or two move in with me, depending on size of the house I get.

It definitely interest me but of course the companies trying to sell their courses don’t disclose the difficulties of the process.

I've called a couple title companies there and they are not familiar with the process and one said that the practice CANNOT be done in the state of IL.
