You have a unique number for each rep, and the form on the website has a hidden field that identifies which rep (I recommend Gravity Forms for this.)Sounds like a solid idea if you're giving birddogs unique pages (maybe even put their picture on that landing page for continuity).

Hey JimThanks for the input.I met with an engineer to confirm the topography is suitable for gravity feed to the sewer line and that the site can support some type of subdivision, i.e. streets, infrastructure, etc.

Broken pipes will leak, but if the water is shut off, they will only leak the amount of water that they are holding and that gravity forces out, which is quite a small amount.

If they don't like the tree, they should not have bought the house.Leaves fall, that's how trees work, and gravity has been around since they were young (it's nothing new).If it were mine I'd tell them they can get a leaf rake for under $20 on Amazon if they want their own property raked.
