You should have a typical septic system inspected at least every 3 years by a professional and your tank pumped as recommended by the inspector, generally every 3 to 5 years.Four major factors influence the frequency of pumping: the number of people in your household, the amount of wastewater generated (based on the number of people in the household and the amount of water used), the volume of solids in the wastewater (for example, using a garbage disposal increases the amount of solids), and septic tank size.

The longer the DOM, the more open to negotiation the seller will be.3 In a seller's market, as a buyer, you know when to make your offer based on the number of, the frequency of, and the dollar amount of each price drop.4 If the DOM includes a number of Pendings that were re-listed, it tells you a number of things...not the least of which is at some point, the seller is going to give in.JV

While we will undertake a higher frequency repayment and make pre-payments, we always retain the original 25 (or 30) year amortization of the mortgage ... that way we have the option of dropping back to the original payment.
