I've read some post on here on how to charm appraisers, and all I can say is the advice I got on here worked TEN FOLD.

My ROI went down a bit, but my quality of life improved 100 fold.

I promise, it comes back ten fold.

The important thing as mentioned is two fold:1.

It needs to be done and done right so you dont end up with stinky moldy sludge in the folds of the boot.

Same thing happened with a giant box full of high-gloss, full-color, fold-over business cards.

I haven't done much research on this but I bet its 2 fold.

I have a tri-fold brochure as well as a postcard I use.

The letters work just as well without all the hassle.Then I fold the letters into quarters and they fit perfectly into a white or ivory A2 invitation style envelope, (size 4 3/8 x 5 3/4), that you can pick up at Staples or Office Depot.I never use a printer to print the recipients address.
