As soon as i fish the two I'm working, I'll be on the hunt for more.

That self-awareness is lower when someone is new at anything, so sometimes they don't even know how to react, so they react based on their feeling of inadequacy in a big pond with killer fish.

Oil is going to be the most interesting at this point.

Boat ramp, fishing, watersports, 5,000 Sq Ft. clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, shuffleboard, and more.

A lot of people come to camp and fish there.  

Doing the math, if a seasoned fix and flipper had a well-oiled efficient process and was able to consistently hit $50k per house (after costs and overhead required to go at that pace), he/she would have to do 34 flips in 21 months to make what we made on one deal.

I'm fine with that, but my goal is that the investor learns how to fish on his own, so that no matter what happens in life, they have the skill set to prosper. 

He worked in the water department in a Northern CA town for 30 years I helped him buy his home which he had paid for .. and we had many plans to do what we both love go trout fishing ..So there is a balance.. and for me being north of 65 I have all sorts fo business I work on every day I work harder now than I did in my 30s when I lived in the Napa Valley and play 140 rounds of golf a year.. at this age what else is there to do..

In terms of getting into apartment complexes and large transactions - it's much easier than you think.Real estate is filled with opportunities to deploy capital, but in the same time is filled with fast-talking snake oil men that will happily take your money towards a "fund" so you own a portion of a large portfolio... only to find out the fund's performance is below par, your money is locked out, and the only person making money is the fund manager from the management fee they've locked you into.
