The contractor I hired finished the Foundation work in 4 weeks and tenant started reporting damages, thefts to items in Garage which contractor denied.

My first start to finish was in Gastonia NC, then Burlington NC then this one in Lexington NC.

In my market, which is a fairly economical place to build, I am friends with full time builders that are in their properties about $150k/door for construction level finishes.  

I then use that money to finish the project.
