I have a clinical team of 39 students that work under my license and general supervision (along with other clinical faculty).  

@Casey Maeda If a person doesn't have sufficient mental faculties or emotional durability to succeed in the securities markets that's fine, many others do and have done so very handsomely.

I would like to do something similiar with a medical school near my property; however, the online listing system the med school offers students is only accessible via faculty/staff and students.

Credit Union (since I'm faculty there) and they turned their nose up at me because I have all of these rental property mortgages under my name.

Of that 50M, 25M was allocated for the construction of a new recreational faculty that has since been completed.

I don't have any experience renting out garages so I can't say for sure that they will rent, but my gut tells me they will since parking in the city is tough enough.Aside from the cash on cash, the cap rate is fair, the building is in good condition, in a great area with a great tenant pool (university faculty), walking distance from the university which is in an improving city, etc.

More and more faculty are realizing the benefit of active learning, but very few faculty actually know how to do it well.

But if you are dead set on sending him to a school, well, perhaps a deciding feature would be which employers recruit from each school, the career track at each employer for three years after joining, including pay, excluding benefits--because they are mills who discard the hire after a certain time in many cases, or the worker leaves to take another (so-called) better job.In addition to that which schools have which Fraternities, and which Fraternities are likely to be the most useful over the next 20 years in getting him employment if he needs it (and will he fit in with the Fraternity--or have to choose a lower ranking one).And also how inline or out of line is the School's (within the College) faculty with (your families) political leanings.Good Luck!
