Remote Real Estate Transactions: With the rise of remote work, what tools and processes have you implemented to facilitate transactions from afar?

To say we were a bit nervous is an understatement but I felt very comfortable with both RETA and the Ideal Homes team who facilitated the transaction. 

I come from a background of contractors so its something I feel pretty comfortable facilitating.

Agents, unlike investors, do not have to control a property, rather they represent FOR ANOTHER individual (either buyer or seller) and facilitate the property directly as a liaison to either buyer or seller For property directly.  

People sue because they want to get paid and insurance facilitates that.

Although I have to say I agree about getting the license .. but I understand the wild west of wholesaling so many simply wont do it and these transactions to continue will rely on Someone Like Tom and company like us to facilitate these legally.
