I know the equity growth on it longterm will be excellent for what and where it is, but I can't buy just for equity right now, it needs to at least carry itself.

Does anyone have any excel/spreadsheet templates they use for organization and having a place where you store that budgeting and timeline information?

I've met Jorge a few times at conferences, and can say that his fund is well structured and credible. 

I "signed up" for the class just to see the entire process, but I delayed my deposit and any other funds for a few days to figure out all of their angles.I picked up on a few things myself:1) The Fortune 500 cover and article that our mentor "Jason" mentioned on Day 1 was to establish his credibility.

Once you start closing deals or handling larger transactions, form an LLC to protect personal assets, build credibility, and gain tax flexibility.

The time has come for me to start investing in real estate and before doing so i'm looking to build a strong and dedicated team of partners: agents, lenders, contractors and property managers mainly in the Cleveland area (but also open to markets within a 2-3 hr drive away) that already possess an excellent track record in their line of work and that value long term collaboration.

@Rene HosmanIf it’s too much to do in excel I have a bookkeeper handle it - now there are overseas companies that can be very cost effective as well.

I stumbled on bigger pockets and was hoping to download those excel templates and to learn more about real estate.

I will say though, based on every point you've tried to make before this your credibility and ability to tell if a PM is good or not is incredibly questionable.

I would definitely pull up Excel and do some of your own calculations to figure out how things will look.
