Even if you can find insurance now, premiums will likely remain high, and resale value could be impacted unless the wiring is updated.

It will be interesting to see how Kentucky's economic growth impacts these areas. 

Definitely not doing the work myself so it sounds like resale value won't be impacted if I have a licensed person fix the issue and provide evidence/documentation that it was done correctly.

By moving mechanicals out of unit we now have reduced that impact to foot-print. 

Because hiring a GM is far from simple, they literally run everything so how they do directly impacts everything, in a big way. 

That it can impact your 5 star review more than what you can charge on a daily rate.

The virus has impacted a fund like AHP mostly in administrative delays with foreclosing on properties and getting them converted to REO properties for resale.

Already, it's pushed out-of-town investors to focus on student housing where GC has less of an impact.

If i were active though it could have a much bigger impact.
