I already have started the educational process and I already feel empowered !

When I become clear I can decide, "whats next" "what are THE most important items I must complete today to get me to my greater goal"  When that does occur and you accomplish your tasks on the super A list you feel empowered. 

College is an empowering experience that can help shape and the develop the person you become professionally.  

Sellers often empower their agents to accept or reject offers on their behalf.

I see the ownership of land as a very empowering or very crippling position, dependent on the terms of ownership and quality of property.

IE: candidate doesn't meet credit score requirement, but can put an extra month's rent as security deposit, this is your decision, but we recommend you accept that and lease to them.A "weak" PM, one not confident enough/perhaps empowered/experienced enough to make decisions for the LL is often one weak on collections, evictions, tenant management, etc.

It blows my mind how much we empower these poor monopoly utilities to make their own rules and raise rates in excess of 2 digits every couple of years.

From the tenants perspective, they'd probably like it and feel empowered to call and organize it, and I'd assume it'd be processed faster than the landlord or PM who might want to verify it.    

Ignore and you only empower. 

It really warms up my heart and I feel more empowered.
