We went in with what we hoped would be the winning offer because this is the one that checked the most boxes of everything we'd seen in months and we really like it.Am I even under contract for this property with everything in the address being wrong? 

@Preethi S. why would the PMC give you $4k, especially when they know, as an attorney has already told you, you are unlikely to win in court?

If you can swing it, increasing your down payment to 25% or more might help boost your cash flow and make your investment even more sustainable.Your long-term goal of buying and holding, with a target of 20 properties, is definitely a winning strategy.

And I totally agree, providing the best value is key and I know that's what would eventually "win" the deal for me at the end of the day.

It’s not uncommon for new wholesalers to expect quick wins, but finding deals often takes time.

@Dyanne Christensen I did reach out to Compliance, Investor Relations, and our COO ref your process yesterday and I feel you will see some type of resolution in near future..I know that doesn't give you much information but Compliance (sorry I don't like mentioning names) stated she has been responding to you and working with Inner Circle lead and the Co-Founder. ya you got thrown into a no win situation best of luck on your new pursuits. 

However, I think eventually Big Government will win unless Trump has something to say about it.

To win the STR game, especially if you're a new entrant, the most important aspects are 1) Amenities2) Location3) Property type4) UniquenessAll are geared toward you standing out on Airbnb/VRBOHot tubs, fire pit, bowling alley, pools etc. or being in the best location in an area as well as being to host a large group are all things to help you win.
