Emphasis on best.

I limit the amount non market building Social Media and place emphasis on building towards dreams and goals. 

I think people lose perspective when the hear too much emphasis on ‘Other People’s Money’ and we even acronym it OPM.

If it is the latter, put an even larger emphasis on the cast of experts.

My thought is the first step is to clearly define your objectives i.e long term vs short-term, emphasis on cash flow vs. appreciation, risk tolerance etc...Once you have all of that clearly defined, your path becomes more clear and defined.   

I don't think these courses explain the risks anywhere near enough emphasis.
