I could maybe see an issue with exceptionally elderly tenants, who I would likely make an exception for, but nowadays, pretty much everyone has an email, computer and/or smartphone.

Also, according to the agent, the tenants that are in place now are all long term with some having been there 20+ years, and the reason for the sale is the elderly couple who owns them no longer wants to deal with them.
