I'm in the process of starting two businesses (1)  aerial photography and marketing company that uses drones for real estate residential, commercial, industrial and agriculture, special events, etc. (2) Company for my future rehab properties and rental properties both residential and commercial.

It is entirely possible that MUCH of the drone program ends up at the coast instead of in Ridgecrest.

Even if it were, it wouldn't be airborne because it's inside a cabinet.

Please suggest a camera drone under price range of $200 to $300 to inspect property or rental property. 

He’s going to get a drone videographer to get some footage.

I will be ramping up the part time work though, and I am starting a little drone real estate photography business on the side (already licensed), so I hopefully can increase my income a bit through that, although it's not going to be a drastic change from the 30,000 range.Thanks again for the advice, hope I'm not being silly this is just very new stuff to me.

I have a big piece of land that had a little house filled with raccoons.. i figured id at least rehab the little house for now, but then I read about raccoon roundworm, a common parasite whose eggs are in raccoon turds and can become airborne if you disturb them.

The only guy I currently know (my nieces husband) is neck deep in robotic pilot design for helicopters (he actually has a full sized chopper in his company workshop) & I'm convinced he's very familiar with weaponized drones.

If you do decide to do a cost segregation I can introduce you to a company based out of Phoenix that utilizes drones to perform their studies.

I have one I've hired several times, costs between $150-250 and got me great angles and lighting of every space, aerial drone photo and video etc.
