The tank size doesnt matter as much as the perk rate of the soil .  10 gallons goes in and it displaces 10 gallons into the drain field .

I know in my area starting out cash flow is low and while holding RE over the long-term is lucrative pulling money out to live would be a constant drain on equity.I imagine if you buy low cost properties and get lots of doors and frugally manage them you could earn a living.

The legal costs set us back so much and they were down the drain because we couldn't afford to keep it and keep fighting him.  

If the market cycle changes; if your area of interest isn’t right; if you don’t have sufficient capital or credit; and if your not a “fit” for the work necessary to close the transaction, then you might have thrown $15,000 or $40,000 or MORE down the drain.  

College drained my finances faster than I anticipated, but I've found a new path that feels right for me.

I want to do things the right way, but feel the pressure of a tight budget that will get drained considerably by the permit fee and multiple inspection fees. 

I would run before every dollar is drained from my account.

in the last picture with the white PVC drain lines, the floor joists don't look too great but its always hard to tell in pics but there could be some rot or pest damage there. 

They take the guts out of it where they shoot it, and then strap it onto the trunk of the car or in the bed of their truck and take it back to their house, and hang it upside down from a tree limb to let the blood drain out of it for a certain amount of time.

USA is like a prune at this point still covered in leaches draining what drops of blood are left, with the Fed popping in whole-blood IV's.
