So they can charge taxes.They have to organize the list by property types, so they can charge the proper taxes.They list each property type by “DOR use code (Dept of revenue) or property use code.Call your property appraiser/assessor office and ask for a list of all the duplexes in the county or the city you want.Now look for time of ownership and distance from the property.

I purposely am not going to say what are D or F Neighborhoods in San Diego County, but again, you will only have to live there onsite for 12 months.

A C-D-or F class property will likely have a significantly higher ratio than an A class property, but those F class properties will come with many additional problems that can easily eat your theoretical cashflow projections alive.
