So personally I'm not jumping immediately to the whole website, domain, and business name until I understand what exactly I'm trying to accomplish.

I already have a domain name registered, and was looking to see if there were free email applications.  

Ken you can advertise you have a contract for sale what you cant advertise the house for sale or post pictures which makes it hard for wholesalers to market the property, you can always send to your buyers list pictures but you can't advertise on craigslist or other public domains@Bill Gulley@Jay Hinrichs

Recently my cousins' home was taken by the City through Eminent Domain to make way for a new housing development. 

What is needed to eliminate entire neighborhoods is a major redelopment plan and eminent domain.

Domain is currently listed for sale.

I still want to start out with a house hack for myself, and probably do mainly rentals in college towns but I want to diversify into as many different types of real estate and other investments as I can. 

So stating that folks need to show their license number or have a "corporate email" domain is simply not a good indicator at all.  

Their website should be secure with “https”, the s is for “secure” at the beginning of their domain or a 🔒 to the left of their URL.
