If they want to micro-manage their investments and be involved in every decision or know every detail, I'm not the right guy for them.If your owners demand to know all the details, it demonstrates a lack of trust which means they are micro-managers or you haven't proven yourself yet.Could an owner be held responsible for behavior by a PM that the owner was unaware of because the PM didn't share info?

I see how he views and values investor funds, talks about protecting those investor monies (walking away from deals I think are good but are admittedly more risky), and the consistency in this behavior from the time I have known him shows me that he is not someone who takes his role as syndicator lightly.
