Which requires summoning the holders of the deed (or in the case of an estate, next of kin), discovery, settlement hearing, trial, etc??

We have some savings and it seems our goal might be reasonable in another part of the country but we're in the discovery process in learning if this is remotely realistic in a nearby area.

I am still in the discovery stage.
