Second, I would lose the power to the receptacles, even temporarily, even if I had to pull the breaker or have an electrician disconnect the feed.

And of course agents are licensed so they can legally sell properties they don't own.this is were the wholesaling disconnect comes in.. as stated much of what some wholesalers do would be considered selling RE without a license..there is no arguing that fact.

The reason I say this is when I listen to the powers that be (creators and enforcers of said new rules GOV'T) and the ones that are the Title industries voice (that will have to implement the rules) there seems to be a disconnect.

Quick answer ....NO....for many reasons, many holes, many conflicts, many disconnects.

It will still remain disconnected from the downtown area due to the train tracks which is the only big downside.

I think the disconnect is similar to every ones favorite Rich Dad and Poor Dad.  

Just tried calling and both numbers I could find for them were disconnected.  

I contacted the number, expecting it to be disconnected, but the woman actually answered.

They disconnected the gas and switched to electric and now the 60amps can barely handle the load.
