Does this make sense (I know it's a lot to digest)?

One of the investors coming to look at his cash flow cow.. the PM says sorry we cant meet you our car broke down.. 

This is the people business side of things, and holly-cow there is a LOT to this, a lot more than just numbers on a paper can speak to.

Given what the market is doing I probably won't buy any like that for a while.I bought a house 1 mile from downtown Nashville because my gut said long term it's going to be a cash cow and create a ton of equity.

Say her ESA is a cow and this is a condo with no yard (just to be extreme) or this dog is a barking nuisance with many complaints, bites some children, and has rabies.

In the last 18-24 month's I have gone through at least 100 MFH "deals" where sellers/agent's swore it was such a great "cash-cow" and quick to supply the PnL's to prove, and to there credit that is what they showed.... but, but, BUT....

It's a cash cow and I have been doing it Extremely successfully since 2006.

See what you can digest, your lender will appreciate that.Prefer to have a business to put into the location. 

Of course our 2 Cows, several chickens and guns are protected as well
