I can't wrap my head around your ideas, but I would really love for you to educate me on your thought process.

He added on to his garage and did a lot more than I'm going to do, and his developer fee (then only school district assessment) not counting building/planning fees was $2,100. 

Any landlord that offers this should have their head examined! 

 @Nathan Gesner I’m trying to get out of my comfort zone and take action, im heading to my first local meet up next weekend so im pumped for that.

Although she got very fortunate ( probably because of her skill and dedication) But the CFO of one of the spin offs on  brought her over and she is now the head of corporate finance for this company and will be getting all the perks that come along with it  pre IPO stock etc.

That property is now a reliable source of rental income and a constant reminder that success starts with taking action, learning on the fly, and embracing challenges head-on.

I'm going to have take a little time to wrap my head around it but if I'm understanding things correctly this is a very interesting opportunity.
