He said it was remarkable how quickly his fund built up combining rental income with his job earnings (so it took a while to buy the first 2, but each one came more quickly)  So I think Dave Ramsey's philosophy might have more merit than this discussion represents (and I'm straying so don't think I'm defending him as a rabid loyalist.)   

Anyway, its the first time I have been involved as a defendant and lender in a dispute between the borrower and a neighbor.   

I think this will be more helpful to some OPs too because it seems that when we go on an attack that says or implies fraud the buyers of these mentorship’s become extremely defensive and feel a strong need to defend their (ridiculous) investment.  

I’ve also thought about building T-hangars at Mulino, reading their master plan, it looks like they have defend demand and are full now.

However, I don’t recommend over insuring because you’re going to be drawing attention to yourself as the deep pocket defendant that everyone wants to target.

I want to ask if anyone has had any similar experience with Denver or any other location insofar as STR licenses are concerned, and the city forcing you to defend your right to rent.
