Once pre qualified I follow up with a phone call or email to get a date set up for a showing.

Ironically, Taylor often only sent emails to just one of us, until she had multiple reminders.We obtained, as requested, payoff letters for our mortgages with the date of December 31st.

If you believe you will be financially ready to build a year from now, perhaps you enter into a lengthier contract where you can obtain all of your building approvals and then settle at a later date.

The lender will not require any of the anticipated interest payments on date of origination and borrower will have lower cash to close requirement, although $15K in interest payments will be required to service loan through duration of project.Loan B: Lender requires $15K interest reserve funded by borrower at settlement.
