You can say it had to be cut urgently and try to get them to reimburse you after (may not be successful but at least the danger to your tenant will be gone and you won’t be sued by the tenant).

You can also follow Richmond-focused real estate groups on social media and LinkedIn, and work with local agents specializing in investment properties to stay on top of deals.

Morgasi who went on a rampage he also had a law degree but never practices ( those are dangerous folks)  Anyway he rallied the investor got another higher powered lawyer to come in and they did successfully kick the GP out of the deals and took them over..

The other California investors with more moderate incomes bought years ago and have built wealth from 30+ years of appreciation and small mortgages and their rental income supplements their pension or Social Security and retirement accounts. 

It is pushed over and over and over, especially on social channels and from service providers, and often interchanged with other terms and defined differently constantly, but mentioned again and again.
