Just some food for thought...

It’s getting to a point where a new reason for an LLC or state where a LLC should be formed  comes to life in these forums on a daily basis.

I met Kevin much later at a meet up through Subto and saw his phone notifications and how he has hundreds of people reaching out to him daily. 

This website will include links to download the necessary apps to control the house, QR codes for food delivery and other services, maps to locations of interest, requests for repairs, and more.Attractive furnishings.

I rely on personal care assistants (PCAs) for daily help, which are fortunately covered by government benefits.

My four adult children are out of the house; so, below are goals for our 11 year old and me.Read 15 minutes per day and log it.Set limit on daily electronic use.Clean up after himself (toys, push chair in, dishes, clean bedroom, clean car).He plays sports and has a few tough baseball goals that he works with me on (inside/out swing, pitching mechanics, 3B fielding). 

It has been my path to financial independence, but I mostly am not looking in San Diego currently and I get many off market offerings daily (so even below retail the hold is cash negative).  

This isn’t typical living noise; it’s loud enough to disrupt our sleep and daily lives.

This was fully vacant property near the lake and Whole Foods.

It was a raised foundation and they filled the floor heating vents with dog food.....you can imagine...John, which do you think smells worse - dog poop or cat poop?
