If I were buying a house I would look for access to the DART or the future DART Cotton Belt line.

Rock wool insulation is also supposed to dampen sound. 

I have mineral wool batts in the walls.

Not that you're try to pull the wool over anyone's eyes, but I understand that you'd like to find a loophole to exploit (in a good way).  

Bid for assets has some coming up in Monterrey County CA.. and those are all probably in Carmel or 17 mile drive or someplace like that.so tall cotton location might be worth checking them out for personal use. ???

It's hard for me to even think of a single case where someone really got what they deserved, most of the time they just moved to a new group to pull the wool over their eyes with no ramifications at all.

It's simply part of the process and in my experience, the decision has already been made, they just need to go through the motions.With the broad reach of the CFPB, I bet my next summer the cotton candy at the state fair can't be financed without concerns about consumer financial issues.
