I have a deal ready, buyer and seller and willing to a compensate for a solid referral, so far the attorneys I've been doing with in New York suck! 

Since they don't all go up, we do a maintenance inspeciton to ensure there is not a leak or running toilet then we increase rent to compensate.

We continue to see the majority of sellers offering partial or full compensation of buyer agents.

@D Kirk If I was presented this offer to partner I would expect a percent of the deal that would compensate me for the risk I'm taking.If it's your first deal, then you would probably have to give up more equity.
