There is a flaw in the business model and thier internal processes need a lot of work.First the good,Yes, I got paid every month.Nomad found me good renters.Next the badDue to needing to make the guaranteed rent they rented my unit below market valueIn communicating with Nomad they were disorganized, often sending conflicting messages and not alignedNomad offered to find me a repair company, that compnany charged $400 for a $25 dollar part and I was stuck with Nomad saying "not their problem" and the vendor saying Nomad was the client not me.Nomad was horrible to my renters as their property management term ended.

A good PM, if you are truly annoying them with ticky tack crap, would simply terminate the relationship with YOU, if you were such a bad a client, not charge you $75 every time you call with a question.

Baselane is doing the samething, it gets flooded with promotion on these platforms.The said CPA or his team actually got my client into trouble with the IRS.

The money partner on these deals will bring in about $35,000 to $50,000 for each deal and the expected IRR is around 25%-35% each year for the 3 year period essentially doubling their money in 3-4 years.So rather than focusing on picking up a couple of coaching clients this year, I think I am just going to focus on finding money partners to buy deals with.
