Raising capital, appearing on podcasts, creating misleading social media content &  finding deals are now used as tools to create credentials out of thin air.

Who is going to change the air filters in the HVAC system or mow the lawn?

Ideally I want a combination of the Burnham block duplex style but cleaner, and more usonian looking.

Critical features for me: calendar mgt, manage client communication, communicating with team (i.e. cleaners), supply/operations checklist per property, and vacancy reporting. 

In each market I operate in I have someone available for showings this person is usually my runner who is responsible for quality control and restocking inventory but I've also used a cleaner for this.

Have plenty of cleaner connections and other helpful STR connections to share if wanted.

And if you do not think you will get caught, a lot of nosey neighbors will call you out on it (we did not rent a basement but we had built a shed as an outdoor dog house that was heated and air conditioned and someone called about that on us...).

Its one thing in an air bnb to steal the Kurig machine its another to break into and steal all the jewelry guns and other valuables.
