Hey jason, a lot of investors based in markets like California and New York are choosing to purchase their investments OOS in the Midwest because of the affordability and numbers making more sense.

I recommend getting a few quotes and choosing one that is right for your financing strategy. if you are trying to get fix and flip money there is a wide disparity in rates and charges.

However, I believe limiting a discussion about Southern Spain exclusively to the Costa del Sol overlooks the diversity of opportunities the region offers beyond mass tourism and highly developed areas.Regarding your comments about my name and the fact that I reside in the Netherlands, I fail to see how this could affect the validity of my observations.

Hey @Bailey Rentz, I'll say that we use QuickBooks Online exclusively for all of our Clients and they are constantly working to improve the bank feed feature and specifically the connections.

If you choose not to rebuild/replace your settlement would usually be for actual cash value.It's unlikely you can get a settlement for above the coverage amount you paid for.

That shouldn't necessarily be a differentiator when choosing a lender, as evidenced by the boom of the DSCR lending industry....non of which are FDIC insured.

Remember, if a deal is truly off market, you have an owner who knows they are able to sell and is choosing not to take the very simple step of listing it.  

If I were a decent renter shopping in that neighborhood, I would choose that brick building over yours every time. 

But the font he used was clearly to go out of his way to make it look hand written by choosing that font when we can all see that it’s digital.
