No one is answering the phones and the voice mail now sounds like an off shore answering recording.

The title company has never once responded to any of my phone calls or emails about this.  

We gave him 56k in deposits and he will not even pick up his phone or engage in a conversation.

I'd bet that nobody with a single working brain cell will sign a lease with your brand new LLC without you personally guaranteeing it as well.As for the writing style, this is totally subjective and unique to each person, but I think you can be professional without being overly formal.

After some observation, we decided it was just noise - no one was watching it; they were looking at their phones. 

Of course emails and phone calls are going unanswered.

Also, $200,000 of one of my investments has never shown up on the K-1, and no one answers my emails or phone calls to correct it. 

Hey Keith,Usually, LLC's have to file contact information with the state, either an email or a phone number.

Her communication was abysmal, was only ever able to speak to her once on the phone. 

If I wanted the property I would be on the phone with title company and the lender or finding a new lender who would lend on this.
