As I was getting in the car I realized I was looking at the wrong house.

@Marcus B Hsu I believe the law states that if a car is parked on a public street (non-gated community) for more than 48 hrs unmoved, especially if its inoperable, the car can be ticketed and towed.

Another thread had recommended a few and I went with John McClancey out of Cary, in case anyone sees this in the future :)

I would set up some keywords for topics you are interested in - For example, I have some for Cary, Raleigh, Durham, property management, Realtor, etc. 

Besides time, effort and a bit of depreciation on the car, I find this to be a huge cost saver. 

My strategy worked overall because my car is paid off and my business has been up and running, and my loans are still relatively low (14k.)

The car is probably worth 13-14000.The other is 30,000, yes we were young and bought a brand new car and fully understand this was a bad decision.

The first car I used for maintenance calls was my buddy's white-and-rust Honda Odyssey with 200,000 miles on the odometer.

Houses (3 bedroom) around 1990s in suburbs of Raleigh, Durham, Morrisville, Apex & Cary.
