View it as a business expense like you do the mortgage. 

Others would take that 2/2 and rent out each bedroom to undergraduates, or rent to one and allow sublets. 

Take your time, be wise, and time will reward you.

The numbers look ok, the neighborhood is good. But there arent a lot of photos. I'm not sure.

Hey @Erika Andersen I totally hear you in wanting to save some money and taking on the task yourself.

It's difficult to have a site with the functionality of BP that works the same on an app; a lot of designers are moving towards phone-optimizing language that essentially gives you the website on your phone without you having to pinch or drag to make the view make sense.

You don't have to answer that, nor can you because it's subjective, but the point I'm trying to make is that they may not view it as a great deal as it currently exists.

How are you going to view properties, do the reno deal with the inspections ect?
