Direct mail has a very low response rate and I mostly just see the big boys who are going 7 figures do it, who don't mind spending 10-20k+ month on blowing out towns of letters/postcards.

This is a direct blow to Avail.

IDK @Joseph Young, I may be blowing it but I'm going in a different direction.

A lot depends on whether you want to hold your partnership together, or blow it up?

I am hoping people start to realize what a gem Virginia Beach is and we get some more industries moving in, some changes in regulations to draw businesses into Virginia I think would really blow up the area.

As an architect I think it was a blow to our income potential and had some other negative consequences, but as a consumer, it brought fees down and did not really reduce the headcount going into the profession.

I hate to see someone blow up like this.

You have the skills and some money so don't blow it on a bad deal.

Don't make excuses or apologize or try to soften the blow to protect their feelings.
