I don't believe they forgive the down payment amount until you've owned the property for at least 7 years.

I believe they are still doing the occasional JBB workshop but I believe Dave is quite selective in who they let attend.  

I believe this is very common among funds and syndicators.

We subdivided the bays, and I believe we used plywood instead of drywall, but it was a garage.

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt they are just struggling with staffing but now have seen some red flags that lead me to believe there might also be some type of deceit/fraud and possible financial trouble.

I’m a complete rookie and novice in real estate investing, and I firmly believe in the “crawl before you walk or run” mentality.

I do not believe it's a pricing issue because I have priced it lower than in previous years.

I don’t believe any jurisdiction is getting more lax on STR regulation.

I believe the threat of lawsuits scared them off.
