It's deep and rocky.My places are less than 4 miles from the dam, 1-2 mins from boat ramps and trails and marinas.I've looked at some of the prices for these on VRBO and they fall into the $150-$185 per night with 2 night minimum.

@Nat ChanIf he’s a good contractor and gives a dam,he would have redone it.

The neighbors finally called the city when the ice dam running out below the garage doors out to the street started to interfere with traffic.  

Another way, if it is permitted as in most areas you can not modify the natural drainage in a flood plain, is to have burms built that can act as a dam that holds water back and diverts water away from the protected area.

With a beautiful mix of charming older homes, newer two story mansions and gorgeous tree lined streets you feel like you've traveled back in time to the Leave it to Beaver days. 

There was also a man in Texas that purchased a dam that surrounded his property,  (you have probably seen it being in your line of work), I thought that was interesting, but of course not very practical on a routine basis, but I wondered if something of that nature could be applied in a similar fashion to hurricane shutters.... i.e. you install hurricane shutters and your premium goes way down and they essentially pay for themselves in a couple of years.

You may want to put a crew together for Ice Dams?

The park is in Beaver Creek and it a pretty large scale development.

What I have since learned is how this set up works to prevent ice damming, and has some sort of ventilation built into the bottom of the roof.
