I have had good luck advertising my 3 bedroom place as “2 bedroom plus office” since one of the bedrooms makes an awkward bedroom.

Hi Marc, I think if they try to invade your personal space, I feel like that's a good "bad sign". lol Well, yes, real estate agency is a personable profession, but if someone tries to be a P.I and research you to "know what you did last summer", it would make it awkward for you to connect with that person moving forward.However, sometimes, people are bitter/"different" because they've gone through something in the past to where it makes it difficult to connect with "new" people.
