Does anyone have any tips/ advice to help make sure my property will appraise for what I planned on based on my rehab?

I know I can't be the only one who has had this setup before, so I am just looking for thoughts, advice, experience, etc.

Three bedroom units can yield up to $1,568 per month through CMHA (Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority).
