@Zack Bloom I think these are interesting approaches from a creative financing perspective but I think you'll see more success with traditional funding like finding an equity partner or other debt financing.

So, just for fun I grabbed a couple of them and replanted them so when they drive by (and you know they will) they can see their flowers in all their blooming glory!

On January 11, 2018, the California legislature will be voting to repeal the Costa-Hawkins Rental Housing Act.If Costa-Hawkins is repealed, all California cities will be authorized to permanently control the rent of your properties.AB 1506 (Bloom, Santa Monica) repeals Costa-Hawkins.
