Floor boards were severely charred and inspector worries there could be damage to framing in parts of the house we can’t see (in fact, that side of the house seems to be sagging anyways, which is worrisome). 

I got a funny feeling all one has to do is make a campaign contribution or hire a specified crack-head to board of directors and like magic your a saint....

PS: If you take a stroll through the Reddit boards, you will see a boatload of unhappy investors, who are reporting many of the funds have frozen dividends, increased escrow and capital calls and management fees.

As a former planning board member as well as having done a lot of development both residentially and commercially - I agree with JD.

If you want to do people a favor you can get their offer(s) in writing and then when they try some bait and switch on you - report them to the state and national licensing boards.
