Would someone confirm if this is true or false. 

You don't want them cheating the test and then using a false positive to sue you.

Don't get false security of thinking your insurance and umbrella insurance will save you vs judgments.

Overly optimistic without the experience to let them know that the statement was false.  

It's unprofessional, spiteful, and downright false.

When these lenders were investigated; addresses turned out to be phony, licenses when claimed false and virtualy 61 of them wanted up front fees in order to process the loan.

I personally know a handful that bought from MI and the issue wasn't simply lack of due dilligence, it was creation of false leases, appearances of rehabs performed, rent checks that came in against no tenant placement, all which signal fraud (@Tyler Jahnke 's infamous post on BP).

The last fund I worked for who pulled and analyzed AirDNA found a lot of discrepancies and false data.

Absolutely absurd.
