At first I was thinking of all kinds of Recreation that needs height, sky  diving, rock climbing, slides, aerial yoga,trapeze.

I'm considering purchasing a property that could be used for events and corporate or lifestyle retreats (yoga, relationship coaching, team building, executive getaways, maybe weddings) so it may be a little off the beaten bath but could also be used as a nightly rental or a monthly rental.

Tampons or wet wipes or dolls or wigs or yoga pants flushed down a toilet (I've seen all of these)2.

I am still developing a strategy for how to raise capital should a more expensive property come to market.I live in Manhattan with my cat, and in my spare time enjoy yoga, aquascaping, reading, balance boarding, and true crime.
