I recently watched a video of a social media guru suggesting in 30 days he could have a team in place in any market in the country and be up and running with a successful real estate business.

We help run the numbers, set up showings and video record them, and load up everything in a Google Drive folder.

The rental had ratty furniture, a record player prominently featured in the marketing but it had no speakers, missing basics items in the kitchen, lots of drunks in the concrete hallways that reverberated right into the bedroom at 2am, a strong odor of urine outside, and more.We have super hosts in this forum that have hundreds of 5-star reviews and are masters of the craft, but I look at their rentals and see they don't have any artwork on the walls, decor is basic, they do nothing to make the guest feel welcome, etc. 

There is still some value there although distressed unless its a tear down in my opinion for the foundation and exterior walls if salvageable .

So yes, you can have solid concrete walls, it's still going to burn down.I have read that worst case up to 80 million Americans will relocate in the next three decades.

I closed for both sides and had a chase them round for final signatures.Also might I add the property could be falling down, you basically have to send your staff out to take pictures and videos to send to them to get them to even budge on any price.These homes they have have been sitting a long long time and most cases they are on the city’s list of zombie homes and ready to be demolished, you won’t find that out with no title search and survey, you find that out the day your workers show up to work ready to get this thing back to livable to be met with more money spending ventures.Bottom line.

We have emails, video conferences, secure portals etc etc.We do have a physical office, and half of our clients are local.
