Plus, we cash flow approximately $120,000 presently and I expect to increase the cash flow dramatically, due to us being in the process of repositioning 3 of the apartment complexes and selling our one rental property in San Diego left and 1031 exchanging for a yield play that will cash flow a minimum of $20,000, with a projected cash flow of $27,000 cash flow first year.

I have also contemplated just adding google voice to my phone since i already own a local google voice number and using that for the business side, it would make it easier to contact people when your at the computer, you could use a mic and make your calls as well have google hangout open to text or call people when needed.. 

We laughed about how being young and broke made us be creative and I enjoyed the story and visit with him very much.

Add a few power outlets with USB ports.

I have USB plugs in my kitchens to charge electronics, LED lighting, and I left provisions for electric car chargers.

It is USB capable so maybe....P Nw: As to crumbs - none.

The USB outlets are genius.  

For us being based out of PDX  we have couriers that would drive the checks to the Seattle trustees ( many were based there ) .
