Friday night he had it hooked again.

On Friday 10 07 2022 I signed up for Doorloop after looking at several options. 

I am actually closing on a house this Friday and will be assuming the loan.

Knowing how quickly great deals are bought in this market, speed wins, and after a follow-up showing the next morning, I put in an offer on Friday.

So far as actual days of the week, Mondays can be busy with regular operational items, weekly reports, weekend follow-up, etc but generally speaking Friday is much busier than Monday because teams are getting ready for weekend move-ins and more people come to see apartments Friday/Saturday than any other day of the week. 

I bought 1k sqft of the ceramic wood look planks at Lowe’s Black Friday sale.

That'd add some noise in this, but priced at under $3/per for a Jan 2025 call isn't that egregious on a -25% fall from friday's print.

Black Friday usually offers the best deals though other holiday weekends get pretty close.
