I just had a baby last year and she had a hole in her heart and just got open heart surgery but she is starting to do better however I am not wanting to leave her 50 hours a week and go back to that business I have always been interested in Real Estate I just need someone to help me and coach me on how to get started!

@Jon Crosby definitely agree, I was very comfortable with one cleaner,  very reliable and a great cleaner, Then she needed surgery and I did get a recommendation through a facebook group.

I was going to a Chiropractor and he recommend I had a MRI on my head and sure enough that specialist Doctor found the brain annurism and had me scheduled for surgery on the 22nd of December that was coming up and my regular Doctor had been very impressed with my health for about 30 years.  

Unfortunately I have to spend my money on fancy things like heart surgeries and medical bills.The sad fact is a lot of the people I know are in a similar boat. 

I can write and publish an article tomorrow about how to do heart surgery but that doesn't mean I actually know how to (I don't).I think you'll find that most service professionals catering to the real estate industry have moved away from hourly billing.

The 2nd contractor I had looked at it is now out of the picture as he just lost his right hand man due to emergency surgery that will put him out for 10 weeks.

The soninlaw had back surgery and is disabled. 

It’s best to use someone who is repeatedly doing what you’re trying to doDon’t go to an eye doctor for hand surgery. although doctors are usually smart enough to tell you it’s not what they do. 

Yes, it isn't rocket surgery.

But I have quite a bit of debt from my my surgeries etc and personal credit cards etc.
