I purchased a property in Shreveport, LA for 20k in cash earlier this year, we put 20k in rehab costs. 

I'm flexible on location: Dallas, Fort Worth, North Texas, Central Texas, Southern Okla, Shreveport.

So we end up with “comfort” with Dallas and Austin over a market like Bismarck, Cincinnati, Shreveport, etc. where we don’t have friends that moved.
