The rental market is a dynamic environment, and one constant is change.

Boston is the 3rd most expensive market in the country, and DC is the 4th.

I then sent 6 emails over the next 10 days that were not responded to until the last one on 2/29/24, and was told it didn't go out in the prior week, and that your DoC was "hoping it would go out in this week's batch" (3/1/24). 

The land has slightly increased in value (by like maybe 3-4% over 3 or so years) but the value of the structure I'm pretty sure has gone nowhere. 

For those new to the area, are you considering these areas for your next deal?
